CACHORRINHO DE SALSICHA

Tipo: Sanduiche

Ingredientes:

RECHEIO

• 2 batatas médias cozidas e amassadas
• meia xícara (chá) de margarina
• 1 colher (sopa) de ketchup HELLMANN'S
• 2 colheres (sopa) de queijo ralado

MONTAGEM

• 5 pães de hot dog
• 1 berinjela grande
• 5 salsichas aferventadas e cortadas ao meio
• 5 azeitonas pretas sem caroços
• 2 colheres (chá) de margarina
• ketchup HELLMANN'S

Modo de preparo:

RECHEIO

1- Em uma tigela, misture as batatas amassadas, a margarina DORIANA extracremosa, o ketchup HELLMANN'S  e o queijo ralado até formar um purê. Reserve.

MONTAGEM

2- Corte os pães ao meio, no sentido do comprimento e reserve.
3- Corte a berinjela em 10 fatias e recorte-as no formato oval (5 cm de comprimento). Reserve.
4- Passe o purê nos dois lados de cada pão e coloque as salsichas cortadas ao meio, no sentido do comprimento. A salsicha deve ficar aproximadamente 1 cm para fora do pão, para imitar a língua do cachorrinho.
5- Faça 1 corte de cada lado na parte superior do pão e encaixe em cada um 1 fatia de berinjela para formar as orelhas.
6- Recorte as azeitonas no formato de olhos e cole-os com margarina DORIANA extracremosa, um de cada lado do pão.
7- Para fazer o nariz, coloque um pingo de ketchup HELLMANN'S .
8-Para fazer o rabo, recorte uma tira fina de berinjela e coloque-a na parte oposta à cabeça. Sirva a seguir.

STUFFING

2 medium potatoes cooked and mashed

half cup (tea) of margarine

1 spoon (soup) of ketchup HELLMANN'S

2 tablespoons (soup) of grated cheese

MOUNT

5 loaves of hot dog

1 large eggplant

5 aferventadas sausages and cut in half

5 pitted black olives

2 teaspoons (tsp) of margarine

ketchup HELLMANN'S

Preparation:

STUFFING

1 - In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, margarine Doriana extracremosa, HELLMANN'S ketchup and grated cheese until it forms a puree. Reserve.

MOUNT

2 - Cut the bread in half lengthwise and set aside.

3 - Cut the eggplant into 10 slices and cut them into oval (5 cm long). Reserve.

4 - Pass the puree on both sides of each bread and place the sausages cut in half, lengthwise. The sausage should be about 1 cm away from the bread, to mimic the language of the puppy.

5 - Write one cut from each side at the top of the bread and engaging one in each slice eggplant to form ears.

6 - Cut the olives in the form of eyes and stick them with margarine Doriana extracremosa, one on each side of the bread.

7 - To make the nose, place a drop of ketchup HELLMANN'S.

8-To make the tail, cut a thin strip of eggplant and place it on the opposite side to the head. Serve at once.
